Our Criminal team is led by Simon Lacey who has a reputation for excellence in assisting people at all steps of the criminal process from the initial interview at the Police Station right through to conclusion of your case at the Magistrates Court or the Crown Court. The Criminal Depertment also includes Karen O’Brien, who is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a Police Station Accredited Representative, and Holly Huxstable who is a Solicitor and Police Station Accredited Representative.
Should you require advice or assistance outside of our normal working hours of 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday at the Police Station please ask the Police to contact us via our emergency telephone numbers which the Police currently hold.
We can cover and travel to the following Police Stations:-

We have been awarded a 'Specialist Quality Mark' by the Legal Services Commission and we are authorised to provide representation by the Criminal Defence Service.
